MISTCO Licenses Four Dramas into Iran

MISTCO has secured a deal with Iran’s DD TV for four drama titles, including Beloved, produced by A23 Media.

The agreement also includes US Yapim’s Melek “A Mother’s Struggle”, BSK Yapim’s My Champion and Es Film’s The Circle.

Aysegul Tuzun, MISTCO’s managing director, said: “On top of winning over the Iran audience, these four titles received acclaim in other countries, likewise. Turkish drama is becoming increasingly popular worldwide especially in MENA. With several Turkish dramas on the air in Iran, we see this trend continues. We are excited to close these deals for our top dramas.”
