Duck Soup’s drama Lost Boys & Fairies has been picked up around the globe, including by BritBox in the U.S. and Canada.

In Europe, deals have been signed with the public-service channel ARTE, which will launch the title in France and Germany, and Filmin, which has taken a first window in Spain. The series launched earlier this year on Stan (Australia), Rialto (New Zealand), NPO (the Netherlands), SVT (Sweden) and yes (Israel).

Exploring the universal themes of family, love and parenting through the perspective of gay adoption, the drama is written by Daf James and marks the first title from All3Media International’s first-look deal with Duck Soup.

Maartje Horchner, executive VP of content at All3Media International, commented, “A poignant, heart-wrenching drama about family, love and self-acceptance, this story deserves to be seen by a primetime audience, and so we are thrilled to see it traveling to such premium partners around the world.”

Rebekah Wray-Rogers, executive producer and co-founder of Duck Soup Films, said, “We are delighted that our beautiful show is finding its way into homes around the globe enabling audiences everywhere to enjoy Daf’s gem of a story.”
