Inter Medya has inked a deal that sees the Turkish drama Bitter Lands set to air on Imagen in Mexico.

Produced by Tims&B Production, Bitter Lands tells the story of a legendary love that begins in Istanbul during the 1970s and continues in the fertile lands of southern Turkey throughout the trials of evil, ambition and tyranny. It asks whether love is eternal against realities of life and tests the resistance of romance and the goodness of the human heart amid a series of turbulent events.

Beatriz Cea Okan, sales executive at Inter Medya, said, “We are 100 percent confident that everyone can one way or another relate to Bitter Lands as its creative and impressive storyline transcends all geographical boundaries. We are once again happy to impress our clients with our portfolio and announce a particularly gratifying deal with Imagen Mexico.”

Imagen has already broadcast Endless Love and Black Money Love from the Inter Medya catalog. Recently, the network also acquired Broken Wings, which is set to air later this year.
