Incendo Preps New Movie The Sisterhood

Principal photography is now underway on The Sisterhood, the latest movie from Incendo.

The film stars Claire Coffee (Grimm, Bones), Lisa Berry (Bad Blood, 19-2) and Siobhan Murphy (Spotlight, Upstairs Amy) and features Sarah Edmondson (Escaping Nxivm). The Sisterhood is produced with the participation of Bell Media. The project is directed by Jean-François Rivard and written by James Phillips.

In the movie, Ashley Shields has had a rough year following the death of her mother, the disintegration of her marriage and getting passed over for a promotion at work. So when her sister brings her to a women’s group, The Sisterhood, she is intrigued and hopes to feel empowered enough to change her life. Led by the enigmatic and charismatic Desiree, The Sisterhood delivers to Ashley everything it promises—but she soon discovers that the benefits of The Sisterhood come at a steep and sometimes illegal price.

Jean Bureau, president and CEO of Incendo, said: “We are delighted to be working again with Jean-François. His skills and dynamism combined with the talent of our cast and our production team is the key to excellence that we seek in our productions.”
