SANTA MONICA: Hulu has inked a multiyear, multi-series deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution that includes the exclusive streaming video-on-demand rights for Blindspot and Lucifer.

The deal will make Hulu the exclusive U.S. streaming home to all episodes of season one of Blindspot following its run on NBC, as well as future seasons of the hit series. Hulu has also acquired the exclusive U.S. streaming rights to all episodes of the new drama series Lucifer, currently in its first season on FOX.

Additionally, Hulu will have the streaming premiere of past seasons of the cable drama Rizzoli & Isles, as well as Smallville and Southland—all of which will become available to stream exclusively on Hulu’s no commercials and limited commercials subscription plans over the coming months. All episodes of The O.C. will become available to stream in April, and Southland and Smallville will make their streaming premieres exclusively on Hulu later this year.

“We are honored to announce that, in our first licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Television, we will be bringing two of the year’s biggest hits, Blindspot and Lucifer, exclusively to Hulu,” said Craig Erwich, the senior VP and head of content at Hulu.
