Eccho Rights Adds to Turkish Drama Slate

Eccho Rights has inked a deal with  O3 Medya to represent the hit drama series My Sweet Lie (Benim Tatlı Yalanım).

The series debuted this summer on Star TV in Turkey to strong ratings. It stars Furkan Palali (Room Number: 309) and Asli Bekiroglu (Jet Sosyete) along with young actress Lavinya Ünlüer (Stiletto Vendetta) as the girl at the center of the story.

My Sweet Lie tells the story of Nejat, who has promised his daughter on her birthday that one day her mom will return to the family. So when Suna turns up at their house on the big day with a cake in hand, Kayra is overjoyed—the only problem is Suna isn’t her mother. Unable to disappoint his daughter, a “sweet lie” is born.
