DC Drama Pennyworth Renewed for Season Two

EPIX has ordered Pennyworth, its critically acclaimed DC drama from Warner Horizon Scripted Television, for a second season to air in 2020.

The ten-episode sophomore season will start production in the U.K. in January 2020. The one-hour drama series follows Bruce Wayne’s legendary butler, Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon), a former British SAS soldier who goes to work with young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge), who has not yet become Bruce Wayne’s father, in 1960s London.
