Crackle’s The Art of More Gets Second Season

CULVER CITY: The Art of More, which marked the first original drama for the streaming network Crackle, has been renewed for a second season.

It's been less than two weeks since the show debuted. It has garnered more than 2 million views since its premiere, and more than half of the viewers were new to the network. Shooting on the ten new hour-long episodes for season two will begin in early 2016. The series stars Dennis Quaid, Kate Bosworth, Cary Elwes and Christian Cooke.

“As our most ambitious series to date, The Art of More is a brand-defining drama that speaks to Crackle's mission to be a home to must-see original content," said Eric Berger, the general manager of Crackle and executive VP of Sony Pictures Television Digital Networks. "The successful performance of the series in such a short amount of time is a testament to the incredible team behind it who will take our audience deeper into a world where there is still much more story to tell."

"I loved playing Samuel Brukner and couldn’t be happier to be joining the cast and crew of The Art of More for another season," said Quaid. "I’m so thankful to all the viewers who have come over to Crackle and embraced the show—next season is going to be even more ruthless."

"This story is only just beginning and I can’t wait to dive back into this world and work again with such a wonderful company of people," said Cooke.
