Company Pictures Names Head of Drama

Company Pictures has expanded its drama and development team, including the hire of Carnival Films alum Richard Fell.

Fell, an award-winning producer and writer, is now Company Pictures’ head of drama. He joins from Carnival Films, where he was executive producer on Stan Lee’s Lucky Man and Jamestown. Fell previously held roles as managing director at Fresh Pictures and senior executive at Tiger Aspect Drama.

Lucy Raffety is Company Pictures new director of development. Raffety has been series producer of BBC One’s flagship medical drama Casualty for the past two years. Prior to that, she has been a producer, story producer and script editor on dramas such as The Musketeers, Waterloo Road, The Bill and Bad Girls.

Josephine Davies has joined Company Pictures as development producer. Davies was previously head of development at Pulse Films. She also served as head of development at Wildgaze Films and was involved in developing the Academy Award-nominated film Brooklyn.
