Casting Announced for A Good Girls Guide Season Two

New cast members have joined season two of Moonage Pictures’ A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, which is distributed by BBC Studios.

ZDFneo and Netflix return as partners on the BBC commission, based on the best-selling novels by Holly Jackson. Emma Myers is back to lead the cast as Pip Fitz-Amobi, joined in season two by Misia Butler, Eden Hambelton Davies and Jack Rowan.

Rounding out the cast for the second season are new additions Anna Brindle, Peter Sullivan, Freddie Thorp, Lu Corfield, Stephanie Street and Freddie England, joining the returning Zain Iqbal, Henry Ashton, Asha Banks, Yali Topol Margalith and Jude Morgan-Collie.

Holly Jackson, author and writer on the second season, noted, “I’m so excited to welcome some new and incredibly talented actors into the AGGGTM family. Eden is sensational as our Jamie, his presence felt throughout, even though he’s missing. Misia is the perfect Stanley Forbes, delivering a truly heart-wrenching performance. And Jack as Charlie Green is simply extraordinary: I had to stand and clap at the monitors. Just you wait.”

The six-episode second season was commissioned for the BBC by Lindsay Salt, director of BBC Drama, and Fiona Campbell, controller of youth audience at BBC Three and BBC iPlayer. It will premiere on the BBC and, outside of the U.K. and Ireland, on Netflix. In Germany, it will be available exclusively on ZDFneo. In Australia, it will be exclusively on Stan.
