Canneseries Industry has unveiled the 2025 participants for the Writers Club, Producers Club, Composers Club and Casting Club.
The Writers Club, which aims to support authors in their creative process, will welcome 19 international screenwriters and 22 French screenwriters. The Producers Club provides a place for 70 to 75 producers to meet, build connections and exchange ideas.

The Producers Club provides a meeting space for producers to meet and connect and organizes panels and roundtables to discuss the current issues in the industry and propose ideas for evolution. It is split into two parts: the Docu Series Producers Club, specifically dedicated to documentary series, and the Broadcasters’ Conclave, a circle of channel representatives that offers a closed-door exchange between fiction directors from European public and private broadcasters to discuss key industry challenges. The broadcasters currently confirmed include NRK, TV2, Yle, Streamz, ZDF, France Télévisions, CANAL+, RTS and HOT.

Zucker (The Good Wife), Clelia Mountford (Sunburnt Penguin, formerly Merman Productions; Bad Sisters), Xavier Marchand (Moonlight Productions; A Gentleman in Moscow, Nautilus), Simon Cornwell (The Night Manager, Little Drummer Girl), Lorenzo Gangarossa (Notre-Dame brûle, Conclave), Alex Boden (Tokyo Vice, Cloud Atlas), Sharon Hughff (Scott Free Productions, formerly Left Bank) and Amelie von Kienlin (Amusement Park; Munich Games).
The Composers Club provides a space for musical creation and a place for composers to advocate for their essential role in the creative process. The club will offer reflection workshops to advance the industry, tackle current challenges and find solutions through constructive exchanges. ARound 15 composers will participate, including Isobel Waller-Bridge, Laura Karpman, Mathieu Lamboley and Maïdi Roth.
The Casting Club brings together three international casting directors to discuss the evolution of their profession, their career paths and their experiences in their respective countries during a cross-disciplinary session with producers and broadcasters. It will also include a presentation of promising French actors, with the goal of encouraging them to become the international stars of tomorrow by integrating them into international castings. The participating casting directors are Alexandra Montag, Lucinda Syson and Francesco Vedovati. A non-exhaustive list of talent includes Fleur Geffrier, Anne Charrier, Sonia Bonny, Ella Pellegrini, Oscar Lesage, Romain Levi, Louis Peres, Terence Telle, Ivan Du Pontavice and Lina El Arabi.
Also, Canneseries Industry will be spotlighting Kourtajmé throughout the event, with students able to take part in the festival’s only pitch session, aimed at French-speaking and international producers, to mark the end of their certificate course.
