TEL AVIV: Armoza Formats has sold the psychological thriller Vertige into Spain, while the police drama Street Justice has been commissioned in Ukraine.

The finished versions of all three seasons of the Israeli crime drama Street Justice have been commissioned by Ukrainian broadcaster 2+2, a 1+1 Media Group-owned channel. Developed by Artza Productions, the series features a hot-headed police detective who doesn’t have the patience to wait for criminals to make mistakes before taking the law into his own hands.

The miniseries Vertige, originally aired on Canada’s TVA and Series+, was picked up by Spanish media group Euskal Irrati Telebista (EITB), which has taken the finished tapes for the ETB network. Produced by Pixcom, Vertige follows the story of a young woman who wakes up after three months in a coma with no memory of what happened during the 24 hours prior to her alleged suicide attempt. She tries to piece together what really happened and realizes she can trust no one, not even her closest family.

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, said, “We are thrilled to be bringing these incredible dramas to new territories. Both Vertige and Street Justice are full of suspense, intrigue and betrayal, providing them with a strong pull and fascination for audiences globally.”
