All3Media International Scores Global Deals for Trigger Point

All3Media International has signed deals for the U.K. thriller Trigger Point in North America, Latin America, the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Following its successful debut on ITV to 5.4 million viewers, Trigger Point has been acquired by Peacock in the U.S., CBC in Canada and HBO in Latin America. Additional new partners for the series are Pumpkin Film (China), WOWOW (Japan), OSN (Middle East) and TVNZ (New Zealand).

BBC Studios also picked up the series in a pan-territory deal covering Asia for its SVOD service BBC First.

Trigger Point stars Vicky McClure (Line of Duty, This is England) and Adrian Lester (Life, Trauma) as bomb-disposal officers who must risk their lives during a terrorist campaign in London. The cast also includes Mark Stanley (White House Farm), Warren Brown (Liar), Kerry Godliman (After Life), Cal MacAninch (Des), Manjinder Virk (Midsomer Murders) and Ralph Ineson (The Capture).

Jed Mercurio is executive producer on Trigger Point alongside Jimmy Mulville (Derry Girls, Bloodlands), Mark Redhead (The Murder of Stephen Lawrence, Bodies) and Jessica Sharkey (Derry Girls, Bloodlands), with Julia Stannard (Vanity Fair, War and Peace) producing. Directors are Gilles Bannier (Marcella, Tin Star) and Jennie Darnell (Line of Duty, Death in Paradise). HTM Television is co-owned by Jed Mercurio and Hat Trick Productions.
