Agatha Christie’s Sven Hjerson Wins Coup de Cœur

ZDF Enterprises’ Agatha Christie’s Sven Hjerson has won the Buyers’ Coup de Cœur award at MIPDrama.

From B-Reel Films in co-production with TV4/CMore, Nadcon, ZDF, the government of Åland and Agatha Christie Limited, the upcoming drama is the first-ever adaptation featuring the fictional detective created by Christie’s fictional writer Ariadne Oliver.

Hosted by French actress, comedian and singer Joséphine Draï, MIPDrama introduced ten-minute-long exclusive previews of 11 upcoming series. In addition to ZDF Enterprises’ winning entry, the selection included Anne Boleyn (Sony Pictures Television), Container (Yellow, Black and White), Don’t Leave Me (Federation Entertainment), Furia/Fury (Keshet International), Lucky Day (About Premium Content), Pandore (About Premium Content), Supernormal (Beta Film), The Beast Must Die (New Regency), The Winemaker (Beta Film) and Whitstable Pearl (Cineflix Rights).
