A Time to Love Lands in Mexico

The Brazilian period novela A Time to Love has launched in Mexico on Imagen Televisión.

The Globo telenovela, directed by Jayme Monjardim (The Clone, The Life We Lead), follows the love story of Maria Vitória, the daughter of an influential wine and olive oil producer, and the humble Inácio, in a Portuguese village.

The series has rolled out in a number of Latin American countries, including Bolivia, Costa Rica and El Salvador. The script by Alcides Nogueira is based on an original story by Rubem Fonseca, one of Brazil’s leading literary figures, and was written in partnership with Bia Corrêa do Lago, Fonseca’s daughter.
