Peace Point Rights Unveils NATPE Budapest Highlights

TORONTO: Peace Point Rights’ slate for this year’s NATPE Budapest is comprised of a host of lifestyle, factual and sports series, as well as more than 40 films.

One of the factual titles on offer from the company is Frontier Vets, which revolves around eight veterinary students who are tasked with operating an animal clinic in a remote town near Kruger National Park in Africa. Other unscripted programming to be showcased includes Mercenaries, focused on modern soldiers of fortune; The Bulloch Family Ranch, about a couple raising more than two dozen children; and Sando, which looks at the ancient Japanese martial art.

Peace Points Rights also plans to present a number of movies at NATPE Budapest. Among the many titles in the catalogue are Belle Du Seigneur, a tragic love story inspired by Albert Cohen’s book; Donovan’s Echo, revolved around a man whose family was killed in an accident; Locked In, about a father who believes his comatose daughter is communicating with him; and The Giant Mechanical Man, which centers on a woman who falls in love with a street performer.
