Peace Point Entertainment Names New Development Head

TORONTO: Fiorella Grossi has been chosen as the head of development for Peace Point Entertainment.

In her new position, Grossi will supervise Peace Point’s development team in Toronto and development executives in New York and Los Angeles. She will be charged with evaluating channel needs in the U.S. and Canada, and increasing the company’s programming catalogue. She will also collaborate with Peace Point’s digital team and Peace Point Rights.

Previously, Grossi served as the director of original production for factual and lifestyle content at Shaw Media Channels, where she managed such formats as Wipeout Canada and Intervention Canada. She was also the show runner on a number of hit series, including eOne’s Party Mamas and Cineflix’s Wedding SOS. Additionally, she co-founded U8TV, the first Internet TV channel in Canada.
