Muse Entertainment has appointed veteran producer Alex Jordan as senior VP of production, effective January 1.

In his new role, Jordan will produce programming for the international market and will be based in the company’s Toronto offices. Jordan recently completed producing the upcoming Mayor of Kingstown for Paramount+ and has a Telefilm-supported international co-production, Between Waves, doing the worldwide festival circuit.

He has overseen the action series Nikita, Transporter and Rogue and produced Private Eyes for five seasons. Among the talent he has worked with are Heather Graham, Forrest Whitaker, Eva Longoria and Andy Garcia.

“We are thrilled to have Alex join the Muse Family,” said Irene Litinsky, president of production. “Alex has a track record of producing great shows, and I look forward to having such a respected and talented leader in our Toronto operation.”

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the incredibly well-respected team at Muse Entertainment,” Jordan said. “Their focus on creating premium content across international markets is something I look forward to being a part of. Toronto is a diverse and exciting city for filming, desirable not only for Canadian productions but productions from around the world. I’m honored to lead Muse’s reach into this booming film market.”
