MONTREAL: Cineflix Media has hired Brandon Killion as the company’s executive VP of programming and development for North America.

In his new post, Killion will work out of Los Angeles under Glen Salzman and Katherine Buck, co-founders and co-CEOs of Cineflix Media. He will collaborate with Charles Tremayne, president of production, and Kim Bondi, executive VP of production, to increase the company’s slate in Toronto, New York and Los Angeles.

Previously, Killion worked for Gurney Productions, where he led production and managed a slate that included such hits as Duck Dynasty, Auction Hunters and American Diggers. Earlier in his career, he was a showrunner for Original Productions.

He’s a great addition to the Cineflix team. We’re looking forward to working closely with our broadcast partners to expand the Cineflix brand in both the U.S. and Canada.”

Killion added: “I’m thrilled to be joining Cineflix and thankful for the amazing opportunity to serve with Glen, Katherine and the rest of the team. I’ve been fortunate in the past to work with and learn from some of the best in the business, and I’m excited to continue that at Cineflix in my new role.”
