LONDON: Twofour Rights has sold more than 100 hours of factual, features and entertainment programming to broadcasters in Australia.

SBS opted for Be Your Own Boss, led by Richard Reed, who co-founded the Innocent smoothie empire; Urban Secrets with Alan Cumming; and In the Footsteps of Thesiger, an adventure documentary.

Foxtel picked up 90 hours of content, which includes Born to Kill, a crime series; The Exclusives, a reality show; Holiday Home Sweet Home with Lisa Faulkner; and James Nesbitt’s Ireland, a travel documentary. The company also went for new seasons of Alex Polizzi: The Fixer and Cornwall with Caroline Quentin.

Harry’s Mountain Heroes, which follows the inspirational journey made by a group of wounded servicemen, has been acquired by Nat Geo Adventure, which plans to air the program throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Holly Hodges, Twofour’s senior sales executive, commented: "Inspiring stories, such as trekking through the Arabian empty quarter, and attempting Everest in Harry’s Mountain Heroes, are tales we are delighted to share with audiences across the globe. It’s fantastic that this raft of adventure, business, documentary and travel shows has found homes with Australian broadcasters."
