Two New Execs Joins Essential Media

SYDNEY: Essential Media and Entertainment has brought on Chris Irvine as commercial director and Leo Faber as development executive for factual.

Irvine will be focusing on commercial interests and business affairs for the company's full slate. He joins from SBS Television Australia, where he had been the head of business affairs in the content division since 2007.

Faber is the latest addition to the factual team. He has been a writer and producer for a number of factual programs. Prior to joining Essential Media, Faber was responsible for writing and series producing hundreds of hours of factual programs at companies such as Beyond Productions.
