Toggle Lands Disney SVOD Deal

SINGAPORE: MediaCorp's Toggle and The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia have signed a multiyear SVOD licensing agreement that covers ABC Studios content as well as movies from Disney.

Toggle will add a number of U.S. series from ABC Studios On Demand and movies from Walt Disney Studios' Disney, Pixar and Marvel. The SVOD service will now deliver such titles as Revenge, Scandal and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., along with such movies as Dead Poet's Society and Iron Man.

“We’re delighted to be able to have ABC Studios On Demand and movies from Walt Disney Studios made available through Toggle,” said William Lee, the senior VP of Toggle for MediaCorp. “We are also excited to collaborate with Disney and welcome their programs onto Toggle, which will form an important part of our content portfolio. The addition of these titles will allow us continue to bring new and exciting content in this online multi-device environment.”
