New RTL CBS Channel Lands in Singapore

SINGAPORE: SingTel's mio TV will be the first platform to launch the new network from RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network, with RTL CBS Extreme HD rolling out to the company's customers this month.

There are already several carriage deals across Asia for RTL CBS Entertainment HD, which launched in the region in September 2013 and is now available in more than 20 markets. The new network, RTL CBS Extreme HD, is billed as a "general-entertainment channel for the boys," delivering action series, extreme sports, illusionists and action reality programs. The lineup includes Dynamo: Magician Impossible, Red Bull Art of Motion, Criss Angel BeLIEve, Troy and earlier seasons of CBS series like NCIS: Los Angeles and Hawaii Five-0.
