HONG KONG: Long-time FOX International Channels (FIC) executives Keertan Adyanthaya, Fion Yeo and May Yi Lee have been given new and expanded positions across Asia.

Adyanthaya has moved from Mumbai to Hong Kong to become the head of business initiatives for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. In this newly created post, which is effective immediately, he will manage operations and content production for the network's portfolio of Hollywood general-entertainment, lifestyle and factual channels, while overseeing their respective programming heads. Adyanthaya will also lead the development of new opportunities, including channel concepts and partnerships. He has been with the company since 2007, most recently as general manager of FIC's business in India. Swati Mohan was chosen to replace Adyanthaya's previous position.

Yeo, who is relocating from Hong Kong to Singapore, has been named general manager of FIC Singapore. She is now charged with the network's business in the market, including P&L, commercial relationships, HR, marketing and operations. She will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the region's FOX Sports channels. In addition, she will continue her current duty of supervising regional marketing for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Yeo has worked for the network since 2000, most recently as senior VP of content and communications.

Lee, director of factual content production for Taiwan and China, is expanding her geographical remit as VP of NGC regional productions for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. A seasoned factual content and TV exec, she has been working with the NGC brand for more than a decade and a half. She will report to Adyanthaya and will continue to work out of Taiwan.

Adyanthaya and Yeo will both work under Joon Lee, who serves as the executive VP of content and communications for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and as managing director for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Joon Lee said: "Keertan, Fion and May Yi are experienced executives who have seen and been part of FIC Asia's changes and explosive growth over the last decade. We believe strongly in grooming leaders from within our own talent pool, and these three team members are exemplary of that. They have proven themselves to be high achievers with exceptional leadership skills and I have no doubt they will help our business achieve great success in their new roles."
