New AsiaPac VP for Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products

CENTURY CITY: Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products hired Pinky David as VP for the Asia Pacific, where the company has opened its first consumer products office in the region.

In her new post, David will be expected to manage licensing sales and retail programs throughout the Asia Pacific. She will concentrate on finding new opportunities that will help increase Fox's reach around the world.

Prior to this appointment, David was the regional licensing sales director for Discovery Enterprises International, the licensing division of Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific. Before that, she worked for Turner Broadcasting Asia Pacific, where she was the regional promotions licensing director for Cartoon Network.

"Pinky has a deep understanding of the consumer products business with her extensive knowledge and background working in the areas of licensing, promotions and retail development," said Roz Nowicki, Fox's consumer products executive VP of global sales and retail. "We are confident that we have added the right executive to our team to drive our long-term goals for the Asia Pacific region."
