Beyond Makes Sales Across Asia Pacific

SYDNEY: Beyond Distribution has sold a range of in-house programming and third-party titles to broadcasters across the Asia-Pacific region.

A package of 100 hours of lifestyle content went to Fetch TV in Australia. This included The Stagers, All for One with Debbie Travis, Burn My Mortgage, Buy Me, Maxed Out and others. Foxtel in Australia and New Zealand scored a package of crime programming, including Dark Minds, Deadly Women, Facing Evil and Behind Mansion Walls.

MythBusters landed new sales with Seven Network in Australia and SBS Australia, which picked up the latest season and the MythBusters Green Screen specials. The Living Channel in New Zealand went for the 11th season of Hot Property, while XYZ Networks in Australia took season 12. ABC Australia opted for Wild Animal Baby Explorers. SBS Australia scored Monster Bug Wars.

Australia Network took 47 hours of content, including Snake Tales, Dirt Game, Rush TV, Addiction and The Vanishing Antarctic. MediaCorp acquired series such as Lab Rats Challenge, Backyard Science and Monster Bug Wars. Pan Universe International China also took on Monster Bug Wars, and LIC in China picked up Behind Mansion Walls.

Da Vinci Media signed a pan-Asian deal for Kid Detectives, Lab Rats Challenge and Backyard Science. Dominion Media Ventures acquired Backyard Science for Vietnam. Thaole Entertainment in Vietnam snapped up Beyond’s Six Degrees of TV, Backyard Science, The Holiday Show and Ned’s Declassified.

In Thailand, Cineplex bagged Combat School, Design DNA, Classical Destinations, Six Degrees of TV, Wild Animal Baby Explorers, The Vanishing Antarctic, What’s Good For You and more. A trio of Chuck Hughes titles are headed to AFC.
