India’s Videocon d2h Adds to HD Lineup

MUMBAI: The English-language channels STAR Movies Select HD and FOX Life HD have joined the lineup of India's Videocon d2h.

With the addition of STAR Movies Select HD and FOX Life HD, the Indian DTH service now has a total of 37 high-definition channels. Videocon d2h plans to continue to add more HD offerings shortly, with the goal of carrying 50 HD channels.

STAR Movies Select HD will premiere two new films each month that have not previously been released in India, in addition to airing a new feature film each day. FOX Life HD features a roster of scripted and non-scripted content, offered on Videocon d2h with audio feeds in Hindi, Tamil and Bengali, as well as English.
