India’s TEN Golf to Feature Golf Channel Brand Block

NEW DELHI: TEN Golf, a 24-hour golf channel based in India, has entered into a licensing agreement with NBCUniversal International Television Distribution for the exclusive basic cable rights in India for original programming from the Golf Channel in the U.S.

Under the agreement, TEN Golf will offer more than 400 hours of golf programming as a Golf Channel branded block across a range of genres, including entertainment, news and analysis, instruction and travel. TEN Golf will also air golf events such as the PGA Championship, the Senior PGA Championship, the Ryder Cup, the European Tour and WGC HSBC Champions Tournament.
