TV 2 Denmark, CBS Paramount in SVOD Deal

COPENHAGEN: TV 2 Denmark has secured a wide-ranging SVOD deal with CBS Paramount International Television covering new series and library fare, among them 90210, Californication and Twin Peaks.

The agreement enables TV 2 to offer the titles via its on-demand broadband offering, TV 2 Sputnik. The deal covers 11 shows: 90210, Worst Week, The Cleaner, Californication, Swingtown, Jericho, Sleeper Cell, Everybody Hates Chris, The Game, Beverly Hills 90210 and Twin Peaks. Each episode will be made available for a period of three weeks. For the new shows, episodes will be on offer up to a week before the free-TV broadcast.

TV 2 Denmark already has SVOD relationships with Disney-ABC International Television and Twentieth Century Fox.
