LONDON: TRX has named a pair of new execs to its team ahead of ATF, which the company will be attending for the first time.

Former Endemol Shine exec Cat Davie was brought on as head of business and legal affairs, while Josh Vince has been elevated to product manager. The TRX marketplace enables entire licensing deals to be completed online, from browsing and screening available rights to negotiating and agreeing to a contract in a secure environment.

TRX CEO Matthew Frank will be meeting with distributors and buyers at ATF, marking the company’s first major market ahead of launch in the spring. TRX launched in beta last month. Vince will also attend ATF.

“The Asian content business continues to grow and this market attracts a vast range of rights holders and acquiring broadcasters who we think can benefit hugely from TRX,” Frank said. “We are very aware of the growing importance of the Asian market and that’s why we’re thrilled that ATF is our inaugural market. As we continue to secure rights listings from some of the world’s most high-profile distributors and rights holders, we’re pleased to welcome Cat to the team with her vast experience, and to promote Josh to a role he has built himself and truly made his own.”
