Towers in Development Tie-Up

CHICAGO: Towers Productions has entered into an agreement with Compass Point Productions and author James Campbell to develop a slate of travel and adventure programs for the U.S. and international markets.

Already in production, Ghost Mountain Boys recounts American soldiers fighting for survival and victory in New Guinea. Other projects include the saga of the last remaining frontier family in Alaska, based on James Campbell’s book The Final Frontiersman, as well as the author’s forthcoming expedition retracing the trans-oceanic voyages of the Pacific Islanders.

Jonathan Towers, the chief creative office of Towers Productions, said: "Compass Point Productions is the real deal: contemporary writer-explorers in the vein of Sir Henry Stanley and Sir Richard Francis Burton—a league of extraordinary gentlemen. We are thrilled to be able to join them in their exploits."

Campbell added: "We are passionately committed to adventure, history, exploration and discovery. This collaboration with Towers Productions will allow us to bring TV audiences along on our journeys."
