Toei Lands LatAm Licensing Deals

LOS ANGELES: A number of DVD and licensing deals are in place across Latin America for Toei Animation’s Dragon Ball Z and Saint Seiya.

For Dragon Ball Z, Chenson in Mexico is on board for backpacks, while Superbrands of Brazil is working on toothbrushes. For Saint Seiya, Playarte of Brazil will roll out DVDs for Saint Seiya: The Hades Elysion and Saint Seiya: Heavens Tenkaihen. Also in Brazil, Pizzitoys will launch a series of dioramas.
