Three Bidders Remain for ProSiebenSat.1

MUNICH, December 7: Turkish media group Dogan Yayin, and two
consortiums, one consisting of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Permira,
and the other of Apax and Goldman Sachs, are the remaining suitors in the
running to acquire ProSiebenSat.1 Media, reports indicate, with final bids due
December 12.

All are willing to shell out more than 30 euros per share
for the 50.5 percent stake in the German broadcasting group being offloaded by
a team of private equity firms led by Haim Saban. Wire reports indicate that
Cinven has bowed out of the bidding.

If KKR and Permira are successful in their bid, they will
likely merge the German company with SBS Broadcasting, which the two firms
acquired last year.
