Televisa Unveils L.A. Screenings Lineup

MEXICO CITY, May 12:
Televisa Internacional is heading to the L.A. Screenings with a slate of
telenovelas that includes Dumb Girls Don’t Go to Heaven (Las Tontas no van al Cielo).

Following on its
successful presentation at MIPTV, Dumb Girls Don’t Go to Heaven will also be available for buyers at this week’s
L.A. Screenings. The 150×1-hour telenovela centers on a young woman whose
fairytale marriage is ruined when she finds her new husband in a passionate
embrace with her sister.

Also on offer is Soul
of Steel (Alma de Hierro), a 275×30-minute novela that follows the
complicated, yet humorous, love triangles of the Steel family. Televisa is also
bringing Dear Enemy (Querida
Enemiga), a 130×1-hour program
that follows two sisters torn apart by betrayal, deceit and cruelty after one
becomes the heir to a great fortune.
