TELETOON Reveals Fall Lineup

TORONTO: TELETOON Canada has disclosed its fall lineup for TELETOON, TELETOON at Night and TELETOON Retro, which are to feature new series and additional seasons of returning programs to debut on September 5.

The TELETOON lineup will include The Looney Tunes Show, an all-new series featuring favorite Looney Tunes characters; a new season of the TELETOON original production Jimmy Two-Shoes; and new installments of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, among other series.

TELETOON at Night will air Crash Canyon, a TELETOON original developed by a co-executive producer of The Simpsons; Futurama, the sci-fi comedy created by The Simpsons’ Matt Groening; Archer, which returns for a second season; and the stop-motion animated series Robot Chicken.

TELETOON Retro will offer the ’80s cartoon Jem; Garfield and Friends, which is based on the comic strip created by Jim Davis; the ’60s live-action version of Batman, and many more.

“We have something exciting in store for viewers of any age with new series premiering on TELETOON, TELETOON at Night and TELETOON Retro this fall along with a whole host of returning favorites,” said Carole Bonneau, the VP of programming for TELETOON Canada. “Our lineup of original productions continues to grow with Crash Canyon and the popular Jimmy Two-Shoes and Johnny Test. Meanwhile we’ve bolstered our schedule with acquisitions such as The Looney Tunes Show, Hole in the Wall and season four of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, to name just a few.”
