Telemundo to Premiere First Spanish-Language Late-Night Talk Show

MIAMI, November
27: Telemundo will roll out its first Spanish-language late-night talk show,
Más Vale Tarde con Alex Cambert , which will premiere
online on Yahoo! Telemundo the day prior to its linear television debut on
November 29 at 11:30 p.m.

Más Vale Tarde con Alex Cambert
celebrates the best of American and Latino pop culture. Taped in Los Angeles in
front of a live studio audience, the weekly series is broadcast from
Telemundo's new studio at Universal CityWalk. Hosted by the Emmy Award-winning Alex Cambert, the
late-night show features interviews with top stars in either English or
Spanish, musical guests and cross-cultural comedy, all set to the sounds of its
house band. Cambert has
previously co-hosted the 64th Annual Golden Globes pre-show, and serves as the
entertainment and lifestyle correspondent for ABC's Good Morning America.

The show’s online debut on Yahoo! Telemundo on
November 28 will include an exclusive Mas Más Vale Tarde
video made for the Internet. In addition, the site will feature bloopers,
interviews, and Cambert’s
daily video blog. The site will also incorporate several interactive tools
including a user-generated blog in which Cambert will interact with the
audience to get a pulse on what they are thinking. Viewers can also share their
comments and opinions with other show fans on Yahoo! Telemundo Grupos (Groups)
as well as ask questions related to the show on Yahoo! Telemundo Respuestas
(Answers).

Pontiac and
Verizon Wireless have also signed on to be major sponsors of the show in both
online and broadcast capacities. The Pontiac Garage music stage will be a
staple of the show each week by bringing viewers top musical performances.

"Mas
Vale Tarde
is a first
on many fronts," said Don Browne, the president of Telemundo. "In
addition to being the first late night show of its kind on national
Spanish-language television, it is also the first Telemundo Studios production
out of our new studios in CityWalk.
Mas Vale Tarde
is another example of how we are leading the way in the Spanish-language
television industry. We will continue to innovate and evolve to bring great
programming to our viewers."
