Telemundo Sets Up New HQ in Mexico

MEXICO CITY, October 2: Telemundo has opened up new offices
in Mexico City, home to its news bureau, offices for its entertainment
division, as well as the finance and sales teams.

In opening up the new Telemundo Mexico headquarters, the
Hispanic channel’s president, Don Browne, commented, "Today is a very
important day for Telemundo. It is not only one more step forward for our
company, but also a very important milestone in the history of Telemundo in
Mexico. Our commitment to our audience goes hand in hand with our commitment to
creating a stronger presence in Mexico and the new headquarters are a tangible
proof that we're here to stay."

After having a presence in Mexico for about ten years, the
network decided to open its new headquarters in Mexico City as part of its
mission to develop, produce and market content that is relevant to the U.S.
Hispanic audience. The office features a state of the art studio equipped with
constant connectivity to Telemundo's Miami headquarters and is equipped to
provide production support for network shows like Al Rojo Vivo con María
Celeste
, Cotorreando, and Cada Día con María Antonieta, among others.
