STRATEGY
FOR ROLLOUT:
The
strategy for rolling out products starts with having the show on the air in
each market. The company will then visit the major manufacturers, distributors
and importers in each country and, in general, will start rolling out products
two to three months after the television debut. Licensees are selected based on
their experience, sales plans, manufacturing and distribution capacity, and the
possibility of extending licenses in each category into neighboring markets.

In countries
where the original series is sold, Cris Morena and RGB Entertainment manage the
licensing and merchandising programs, while in territories where the format is
sold, each broadcaster is in charge of licensing.
