NBCUniversal International has realigned its EMEA networks’ business into a single operation incorporating pay-TV channels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, excluding the Sky territories of the U.K., Germany and Italy.

Oliver Canning has been promoted to the newly created senior position of chief legal counsel at NBCUniversal International. 

NBCUniversal International has appointed Gareth Neame as executive chairman of Carnival Films, while David O’Donoghue and Nigel Marchant take on day-to-day leadership responsibilities as joint managing directors.

Duccio Donati, the executive VP of E! and Style at NBCUniversal International since 2013, is taking on the expanded role of executive VP of lifestyle and kids, based in Los Angeles.
