The Walt Disney Company's board of directors has appointed James P. Gorman, chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley, and Sir Jeremy Darroch, former group chief executive of Sky, as new directors.

MIPTV has named Sky as the recipient of its newly created SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Award, which will be presented at the upcoming market to Jeremy Darroch, the company’s group chief executive.
