Winners of the second Edinburgh TV Festival New Voice Awards were announced last night at a ceremony hosted by actor, comedian and rapper Michael Dapaah at Rich Mix in London.

Television screenwriter and producer Russell T Davies has been selected to receive the Outstanding Achievement Award at this year's Edinburgh TV Festival.
