Starz Entertainment Extends Deal With Warren Miller

ENGLEWOOD, November 9: Starz Entertainment has entered into
a six-year output and library deal with Warren Miller Entertainment, which
specializes in winter action-sports films.

The deal kicks off next month with a 22-hour “Shred Fest
Marathon" on Encore Wam. The deal includes the world television premieres
of Warren Miller's Higher Ground and Warren
Miller's Off the Grid, both of which will
premiere in 2007, as well as an untitled project that premieres in 2008. The
deal also extends Starz Entertainment's exclusive rights to Warren
Miller's Ride, Warren Miller's
Cold Fusion, Warren Miller's
Storm, Warren Miller's Journey and Warren Miller's Impact.

"Warren Miller has thrilled audiences with his
astonishing winter films for nearly 60 years," said Keenan Young, Starz
Entertainment’s senior manager of program acquisitions. "We have had a
long standing relationship with Warren, and we are thrilled to continue to be
the home for his fantastic films. With the acquisition of these world premiere
and library titles, we'll have the luxury of being able to show these films on
a variety of our channels, including Starz Edge, Encore Action, Encore Wam as
well as Starz On Demand and our Vongo movie download service."
