Spike TV, GameTrailers.com to Roll Out New Show

NEW YORK, December 13: Spike TV and GameTrailers.com, both
divisions of Viacom’s MTVN Entertainment Group, have announced plans to launch
the new high-definition gaming series GameTrailers TV with Geoff Keighley.

This marks the first time that an MTVN Entertainment Group digital
brand has created and produced a program for linear television. Targeted at
gamers, the weekly, half-hour magazine-style show will be available in its
normal Friday time slot beginning January 25, 2008, at 1 a.m. It will also be
viewable online. Produced and created by GameTrailers.com, the show aims to
build upon Spike TV’s Game Head with expanded editorial content and an
increased interaction online.

GameTrailers TV is hosted and executive produced by Geoff
Keighley, who also hosts Game Head. Every week, Keighley and co-hosts Amanda
MacKay and Daniel Kayser will bring fans the latest scoop on the gaming
industry's hottest titles, coolest events and biggest stars, and will also
feature exclusive content catering to gamers through a rotation of 20 segments.
Viewers can go online to GameTrailers.com for more in-depth looks at topics
covered in the show.

"We're tapped into the gaming culture and continue to see our
traffic explode to more than 9 million uniques per month," said Jon
Slusser, the senior VP of digital media and video games at Spike and executive
producer of GameTrailers TV. "With GameTrailers TV, we are merging our
rabid online gaming audience with Spike TV's coveted male 18- to 34-year-old
demo to deliver gaming on a massive scale."

"We are thrilled to be the first network within the MTVN
Entertainment Group to launch a half-hour program fully produced and created by
one of our digital properties," said Kevin Kay, the president of Spike TV.
"GameTrailers TV illustrates how GameTrailers and Spike TV can work
together to create content that resonates with gamers, while driving viewers
and users to both brands."

Keighley commented: "The debut of GameTrailers TV is a landmark event
for video game television. We're evolving Game Head and taking a
multi-platform approach across TV, online and Xbox Live Marketplace. And no
matter how you want to view the show we're delivering it in high-definition to
showcase games the way they are meant to be experienced."
