Southern Star Scores AB Droits Renewal

SYDNEY/PARIS, July 10: Southern Star International has
renewed its multi-year output deal with AB Droits Audiovisuels France, covering
dramas, TV movies, kids’ live-action series and documentaries.

The arrangement also offers AB Droits a first option to
acquire all other product output from Southern Star.

Under the previous output deal, AB Droits had the rights to
the serial drama Out Of The Blue, the
psychological thriller Midnight Man
starring James Nesbitt, the sixth season of the crime franchise Wire
In The Blood, the acclaimed factual series Meerkat
Manor and the tween live-action hit Blue
Water High.
