Sky Living Slates CBS Studios Drama

LONDON: Sky Living has struck an exclusive multi-season deal with CBS Studios International for the U.S. drama Ringer, starring Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Sarah Michelle Gellar.

The series debuts on The CW in the U.S. on September 13, then heads to Sky Living for its U.K. premiere. The series stars Gellar as a recovering addict, Bridget, who is six months sober and starting to turn her life around. She reunites with her estranged twin, Siobhan, a pampered wife. Siobhan suddenly disappears and Bridget makes a split-second decision to take on her sister’s identity. She comes to find out that her sister has been hiding many shocking secrets.
