TV SHOW: Shuriken School is
a comedy/action animated series produced in digital 2-D and consisting of 26
half hours.

The series follows the
extraordinary adventures of 10-year-old hero Eizan Kaburagi and his friends
during their first year at an under-funded ninja school. Lessons take on a new
dimension, as kids are shown how to melt into the walls, disappear into a cloud
of smoke and fly over rooftops!

TV SALES: Shuriken School has
been sold to broadcasters in more than 100 territories, including CITV in the
U.K.; France 3 in France; YTV in Canada; Jetix in Europe, the Middle East and
Latin America; Nickelodeon Australia; Nicktoons in the U.S.; Disney Channel Asia;
Nickelodeon Asia; TV3 in Malaysia; MediaCorp TV12 in Singapore; Nickelodeon
Germany; Mediaset in Italy and RTVE in Spain.

PRODUCTS: In France, DVDs are being released by CITELVideo, Hachette
Jeunesse is publishing novels, FOPEM is handling apparel, ATM is doing
stationery and Dargaud is publishing comic books.

Xilam is currently negotiating
with other licensing partners.

STRATEGY FOR ROLLOUT: Shuriken School is
co-produced by Xilam Animation and Zinkia Entertainment in Spain. It premiered
on France 3 in July 2006, where it was stripped Mondays to Fridays throughout
the summer and achieved an average 32.4-percent share among 4- to 10- year-olds
and a 52.8-percent share among 11- to 14-year-olds.

Following the success of the
series in France, Xilam has partnered with CITELVideo, which is releasing all
26 episodes on video and DVD in the autumn of this year, plus a 75-minute
direct-to-video special. CITEL, which is handling all French-speaking
territories, excluding Canada, will support the DVD release with an extensive
print advertising campaign in hyper-markets and in in-store consumer magazines
such as Carrefour, FNAC, Auchan and Toys R Us.

Other licensing deals secured by
Xilam include a publishing contract with Hachette Jeunesse, which is scheduled
to release four book titles, in April, May, September and October of this year.
An apparel deal has also been signed with FOPEM, for France, which is producing
an exclusive range of pyjamas, and other children’s clothes.

Xilam has also teamed up with ATM
to produce an extensive range of Shuriken School stationery, including school backpacks, handbags, pencil
cases, cell-phone holders, sharpeners and rulers.
