Shark Tank Returning to ABC

BURBANK: A further eight episodes of Shark Tank, an entrepreneurial-competition series from Mark Burnett, have been ordered by ABC.

The show watches as aspiring entrepreneurs try to convince five multi-millionaire tycoons to take part in their business ideas. The five "Sharks" are real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran, infomercial industry pioneer Kevin Harrington, technology innovator Robert Herjavec, fashion icon Daymond John and financial expert Kevin O’Leary. Comedian Jeff Foxworthy will join the panel for three episodes.

The series returns to production this fall, to air in 2011.
