Seven Network on Board for 12 Yard Format

CANNES, October 11: 12 Yard has announced a co-production
agreement with Seven Network in Australia for a local version of the new format
The Rich List, a game show that is
slated for a U.S. rollout on FOX.

The format sees teams competing against each other to fill
in answers on lists, such as films directed by Steven Spielberg or countries
beginning with the letter S. Brad Lyons, the head of program development at
Seven, called the format “addictive,” noting, “when we first saw it we were all
instantly playing along and there’s a great chance to win big money if you take
a risk.”

12 Yard is hoping to close further deals this week in Cannes
and is in negotiations with ITV, which recently piloted the show.
