Sensing Murder Scores New Deals

COPENHAGEN, August 22:
Nordisk Film TV World has inked new agreements for the supernatural reality
show Sensing Murder with
broadcasters in Europe and Australia.

RTL in the Netherlands and
TVN Norway have picked up the finished series, while Nine Network Australia has
acquired its second season. The format for the series has been sold in 11
territories, including Russia.

The third season of Sensing
Murder
began airing last month on
TV2 New Zealand. The series follows psychics as they investigate murder cases,
which have already been closed by the police. The psychics are taken back to
the crime scene and by using clairvoyant skills, try to see what really
happened.

Karoline Spodsberg, the
international director at Nordisk, commented, “Sensing Murder really has a universal appeal, because there are
unsolved murders in every country. With the phenomenal success of the third
season, the show has proven its longevity. We are currently in negotiations
with a number of additional broadcasters keen to acquire rights to this
fascinating show.”
