Second Season for Food Network Canada Series

TORONTO, June 24: Peace
Point Entertainment Group is in production on the second season of Fresh
with Anna Olson, which will
premiere on Food Network Canada in spring 2009.

The 26×30-minute series is
once again being shot at Olson’s home in the Canadian resort area of Niagara,
showing viewers how to “eat fresh, eat local.” The new season will feature more
of a summer menu, including grilling, light appetizers, picnics and healthy
snack foods. Other networks that have signed on for the series are MGM Casa
Club in Latin America, Ananey in Israel, Canal+ in Poland and Australia XYZ
Networks (Lifestyle Food Channel).

Les Tomlin, the president
and CEO of Peace Point Entertainment Group, said, “As Anna continues to be one
of Food Network’s biggest Canadian stars, we wanted to focus season two on
getting to know more of her personal side and her intriguing neighbors such as
farmers to winemakers.”
